Your Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for all content submitted to and generated through your API keys, including content generated by end users of your applications. You must implement appropriate safeguards to prevent misuse by your users. Tensor Machine does not review the content of individual inference requests but reserves the right to investigate and act on reports of policy violations.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, report it to trust@tensormachine.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports may be made anonymously.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, rate limiting, account suspension, or permanent termination, depending on the severity and nature of the violation. For clear and serious violations — particularly involving illegal content or active harm — we may terminate accounts without prior notice and report incidents to relevant authorities as required by Indian law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as the threat landscape and regulatory environment evolve. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-console notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
